Canary writes public-bid proposals for engineering and architecture firms. Here is how we handle your information.

What we collect

Your name, email and company when you contact us or book a call, and the files your firm sends us: past proposals, project sheets, resumes and RFPs.

How we use it

Only to talk with you and to find bids and write proposals for your firm.

What we never do

• Use one firm's files in another firm's work
• Use your files to train AI models
• Sell or rent your information

Sharing

We use a few service providers to run Canary, such as hosting, email and AI tools. They only process your data to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your files while we work together and delete them when you ask. You can also ask to see or correct the information we hold about you.
