These terms cover how Canary works with your firm.
What we do
We find public bids that fit your firm and write proposals for the ones you choose, using the materials you send us. A person checks every page.
What you do
You send us accurate materials you have the right to share. You review every proposal and submit it yourself, and you're responsible for what you submit.
Quotes and payment
We give you a fixed quote before we start on each bid. Work starts once you accept it, by email is fine.
Ownership
Your materials stay yours. Once you've paid for a proposal, it's yours too.
Confidentiality
We keep your files confidential and use them only for your firm. See our Privacy Policy.
No guarantees
We do careful work, but we can't guarantee any bid will be won. Our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the work in question.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
